I ordered a Viper Extreme + case last week from them and the email about the package being shipped doesn't give a tracking number but instead says AIRMAIL. I'm wondering if anyone has ordered from them and what type of experience it was. Only today (after not receiving an email back for 3 days) did I think something might be wrong. Guess I should have researched a bit more before I clicked the button to pay cuz it seems that their reputation is shit. :'(
