MrMario2011 came across this and tweeted about it a few days ago. I only saw it this morning and took a screenshot of all the pictures the seller provided because I couldn't get to my computer right away to save the pictures individually. Now this listing is gone. It doesn't say sold. Just gone. So here's the lonely screenshot I took.

Can't see the label on the bottom or things in enough res to see joins but if it is official I never heard of that one, and unofficial then that is a pretty good mod.

Yeah, sadly I couldn't get the individual pictures before it was taken down.
