Hello, some time ago I bought moded XBOX. Every time I start it, it ask me to set Time and Date. I believe somekind of battery is dead. Is this the reason for the clock to reset each time? If YES is the battery easy to access and replace?

Screw your console open and take out the clock capacitor.
It's leaking acid over your board and it will destroy your power traces and possibly much much more.

Don't bother replacing it.
Just keep it plugged into the power outlet.
That way it won't lose track of time.

Also if you ever come across another xbox the xbox console model/version 1.6 and 1.6b do not have issues with battery acid leakage.

I rarely play on that console so time and date is not such a problem. But if you say it's leaking acid it should be removed. Will it affect the console work other than that clock is not gonna run? After all it's gonna be a missing part on the circuit board.
