Hardware Xbox 360 Update Error

I don't know how but this piece of crap is not updating it gives me an error all the time and I cant update... D: do I need that update to download game updates?

P.S I want to FACTORY RESET this thing but I cant find an option for it.. like there is an option to format the HDD.... but I don't think that's what I want.

No, is a Slim 4GB model... 250GB HDD another thing is, do I have to log in to my WIFI all the time? cause this things seems not to save my wifi

Is there an error code?

It should allow you to save the wifi.
