Hacking What cIOS & cMIOS do I have?

Solution
Some loaders, like NeoGamma give you info about the cIOS you are currently using.

You can also make a syscheck dump and get some info out of it:
- The version of IOS249 is your cIOS version (v65280 = Stub)
- The version of IOS222 is your Hermes cIOS version (v4 = cIOS v4, v65280 = Stub, v65535 = cIOS v5)

To check what base wad it uses, you'll need the loader though.

No idea about cMIOS, but installing a new cMIOS over it won't do any harm.

You can see which cIOS you're using by running the Homebrew Channel (look at the top of the screen in the options page).

And for the cMIOS, like tj_cool said it won't harm you to install a new vesion over, but if you really want to know your version, you can use "Pimp my Wii", select the cMIOS installation and it will tell you which version you're using currently.
