Does the xbox have the same kind of hacks the wii had for all of its games?
If you mean like the character mods, track mods and level mods the wii saw a handful of (and the handhelds see hundreds of) then not really- a few people have ripped assets and others have done minor hacks (some of racing games are good for this), a couple of trainers were made and I suppose there was the modded COD lobby crowd.
The original xbox saw a few more (indeed making about the only ROM hacking legal case I know of- http://www.theregister.co.uk/2005/02/10/tecmo_sues_xbox_game_hackers/ ) and homebrew/modded game capable hacks are getting to common enough (the tools are already there and have been for a while) so things might pick up.
The 360 has a few hacks.
Mostly just trainers etc like FAST said.
360 never will have the amount of hacks like the Wii have unfortunately.
Homebrew community on the Wii is low.
