So I got the Elite yesterday and to my horror I found out that its not possible to copy files to the hdd eg like u can copy a divx/xvid on a ps3's hdd.

Please tell me I am wrong. This was one of the main reasons I got an Elite

Well im not being funny, but you should take that as a lesson. Next time your gona spend a load of cash on something why dont you go and research what it actually does and doesn't do. [IMG]

The way you put your second question was quite funny.

Since you found out you cant move stuff from your computer to the hdd of your 360 I think you wasted money :/

Put your Xbox in your network, stream your porn directly from your pc.

    Good luck.

EDIT: if you have an old xbox 360 HDD you can get a free data migration cable from Microsoft, call them if you need it. (but I dont think that is your problem [IMG] )

    I bought a 120Gb HDD recently [IMG]

Now with the new XNE you can copy X360 games to your HDD!
(Transffering data from the 20Gb was easy and without flaws)

Yeah pretty much any FAT formatted external usb HDD or flashdrive can be connected to a 360 so you can play divx movies, pictures and music off it.

A two second google search would tell you everything you needed to know before you threw your money down the toilet.

But obviously you just buy things without knowing what they do as your an annoying n00b! [IMG]

Like I said, just look up what things do in the future before you spend your cash on them man, google is your friend for this. Never assume something supports an obvious function without checking first, this is especially true with games consoles as the gaming companies regularly make stupid decisions. In regards to moving files to the HDD there was a rumour the NXE update would support this, but it never happened, who knows maybe further down the line this will happen.
