Gaming XBLA piracy quesiton.

Hi,

1) Do u have to buy Castlevania : Symphony of the Night from xbox 360 Arcade site? or its free download?

2) is it possible to download it somehow and copy it on 360's hard disk and run it via there?

1) You buy it through the Xbox Marketplace tab on the 360 using their points system.

2) No, DRM prevents this, you can play it from a DVD but you need to have bought it first.

There are demos of all the Live Arcade games.

No, the DRM is ties your downloads to your console/gamertag and can be a bitch when replacing consoles.

It hasn't and probably won't be hacked for awhile if at all, same with Wii.
I think you can get "hacked" downloadable games for the PS3 using a PC to emulate the store, this might have been closed up with a firmware update.
