Hacking Question XAW1000361 dont go to RCM

Hi all, I'm with this Nintendo Switch XAW1000361
I can recharge the switch docked or not, but when plugging usb cable dont recognize.

Tested about 4 or 6 different cables, but no success.

Have tested some components from the switch motherboard and didnt find any issue.

Have RCMX86 installed when i supposed its a USB hardware deffective, but no success.

I think the game goes to RCM, cause when start with vol + with power the game goes to a black screen, but didnt recognize in TegraRCM.

Any ideia what to do??

Do you have HDMI output when you put your Switch in the dock?
If not, then you might indeed be looking at a hardware problem with your USB port.
Charging through USB is a seperate component.

Yes i have HDMI output.

I have a USB to RJ45 adapter and it doenst work, but i have charging and hdmi output.

did you install the drivers from tegrarcm gui?

have you try to reset the switch?
hold power bottom for 15 sec then try again

use zadig to install usb drivers?
