I have been working on a project for some time now, and noticed someone else had the same idea as I.. Well almost decided not to post this, but I have spent alot of time and effort into making it soo if you want to check it out please feel free to.. This system is not game specific, all games are listed and new releases will be added.

    http://www.wifi-codes.com/

written completely in perl. Please let me know what you think.

BTW: security is handled with cookies, so if you have cookies turned off you will not be able to login.

As you can see after an oversite of my own, I had to obtain permission to post this site.. Sorry for the oversite.

    Just Some Help With Searches
You can perform a few different types of search on the site... for instance if you want to search for all pokemon codes you could enter this a search.

    Code:
    ;poke
    or for mario kart..

    Code:
    ;kart
if you have friend but only know part of there nickname you can enter.

    Code:
    zone
and it will find people like zone, zone97, ozone ect..

if you want to limit it to a particular game... try..

    Code:
    zone;poke
for anyone named zone and pokemon.

there is also a quick link feature.. if you add your friendcodes and want to share them with someone send them a link like this..

    Code:
    http://wificodes.servehttp.com/wificodes.cgi?lookup=zone97

    Thanks for your work.

By the way, remember: if you want to post a link to your website in a post or in a new topic, you need authorization from the staff, as explicitely specified in the forum rules.
I have granted authorization to zone97 (only after he posted the topic though, he should have requested it before actually posting).

WOW ! This kind of code is exactly what I needed ! Thanks man !

@Costello: Do we need to ask for every link we want to implement in our topics or just our own website ones ?

See that hole in your wall?
I registered, but now I can't login. Everytime I hit the Login button it just takes me back to the main page. Tried after clearing the cookies and it still does it.

I also don't like that my password appears in my cookies unencrypted.

Update: Fixed a major flaw that was causing alot of users to be able to register accounts but not maintian a login.. This should be corrected. If you created an account, try login in and see if you are able to update your friend codes. Thanks.

Also cookies are now optional. If the cookie system works for you when you visit the site you will not have to login. If the cookies are not working for your browser, you will need to login in every time if you wish to make updates. You do not have to login to search for friends.

I had an issue with my virtual machines OS (linux) took me a few days to sort it out. I needed to apply a patch.. I also had to do some restoration from backups.. But now everything is solid.. [IMG] I wont be having that issue again..

Thank you, and its about to get nicer.... While we were down, I have come up with a new feature for the site. I read alot of post where people post their friend codes and follow it by saying "PM me when you add me so i can add you." Well I plan to add a feature like that into the site.. Here is how it will work.

You register, and add your friend codes... Do some searching or look up a friend (in the user list that was just added) and say, hey i know this guy. Im going to add his codes to my ds... Well when you do there will be a check box next to the friend code, you check this box after you have added this persons friend code to your ds... When your friend visits the site, they will get a notification that you add this game to your ds, and will ask if they would like to add yours. Then it will display it, and give them the chance to check if they have added you.. And when you log in again it will notify you that they now have your friend code added. Now this only works if both people have friend codes for the same game. I might even go as far if people find it needed, to add an email feature.. to email you when someone adds your friend codes to their ds.

Let me know if you think this will be helpfull.. And thanks to all who have visited.
