Hacking Wuphax not available to download?

Hi guys, I'm just about to start modding my Wii u's vwii. I have downloaded all the files except one "WUPhax" the latest copy, which is not available anymore (This account has been suspended). Just wondering if anybody has a link to a reputable site where I can get this from, because i don't want to download any junk or viruses. I am itching to start modding my vwii, Thanks in advance.
