Hacking Wuphax not available to download?

Hi guys, I'm just about to start modding my Wii u's vwii. I have downloaded all the files except one "WUPhax" the latest copy, which is not available anymore (This account has been suspended). Just wondering if anybody has a link to a reputable site where I can get this from, because i don't want to download any junk or viruses. I am itching to start modding my vwii, Thanks in advance.

Isnt github closing, or people migrating away from it, for some reason lately.

Wasn't GitHub the replacement for Google Code or something like that? where are they going now?

I think people are leaving github because of this. I could be wrong, I skimmed it....
