@SonyUSA I have updated NUSGrabberGUI to v1.7.

Changes:
- Parsing update: Crediar added a new table to the WiiUBrew's Title Database. Parsing now works again. (3 hours ago, catched that early. )
- Removed all titles that do not actually have an update. (v0)

The "Fix" for the crash is all superstition, there is no exact method to fix it, it's just messing around with it that fixes it

Good news for people who are stuck on firmware 5.4.0
The browser vulnerability that is used on the exploit for 5.4.0 and 5.5.0 is public now, so we only need people to port this spoofer and all the other Wii U hacks to 5.4.0
I'm saying this is good news for people on 5.4.0 more than 5.5.0 cause 5.4.0 still has the same kernel exploit that 5.3.2 had.

I want to be sure about the prerequisites to update splatoon with NUSgrabber. It seems likes the older update is in my external flashdrive. I suppose I have to move it first to Wii U nand right? Shall we let the others know about this or it is not important?

What's stopping you from installing 5.3.2 back is the title version of the "version.bin" file.

Each installed system file have an internal Version number.
When nintendo release an update, it increments that version number of the file. that's how the console know that it has to replace a file. (install the update)
The console's Title installation function has a protection to prevent installing a lower version of a file. you can reinstall the same version or a higher version only.

Version.bin has different "internal"version.
example with EUR version.bin : v17, v96, v144, v178, v192, v195, v368, v384, v400, v432, v448, v464, v480, v496, v512
the content of the version.bin file v496 is for example "5.3.2" (I chose randomly, I don't know which title version was 5.3.2)
v512 is "5.4.0"
v528 is "5.5.0"
etc.

We can't edit the content of version.bin to be v496 but contain "5.5.0" as it requires the title to be signed.

Useful information like this get lost in hundred pages of the forums. I wish it was a practical way to gather them.

Well, I stupidly updated and there's still a chance of this being truly irreversible, and I've no means to get another Wii u, that's all I'm saying. :/

If your not on the latest firmware then how do you expect to access e-shop?, I think being spoofed to the latest FW is the best thing you can do. I'm sure access to e-shop will become available in later updates of the spoofer they just need too code it to get it working properly.

No,the kernel automatically load the first time you load the website,thats was why you have to go in the website two time.
