How long would you expect 1.89 GB take to install?
Somewhere in this thread it was said that it would take 15-20 minutes for 400 MB, right?
(1.89 GB / 400 MB) * 15 minutes = 70.87 minutes
(1.89 GB / 400 MB) * 20 minutes = 94.6 minutes

hey guys im still having problems with using game updates on spoofed firmware

I formatted my wiiu and started from scratch after spoofing the firmware I downloaded the Mario kart 8 eu update file

I left it 30 mins to install then rebooted via the gamepad

when I launch the game it is still asking for an update

I formatted the sdhc 8gb sd card and downloaded the update file for Mario kart 8 and zipped it to the install dir (are these the only files I need?)

You can, check the "i cant update mario maker thread" last post before mine on page 3, you need to put 48 after mario maker id to manualy download the last update on nus grabber

It may nog be related but my Mario Maker game (1.10) cannot go online for longer than about 10 minutes, after that I just keep getting a 106-0112 error...

106-0112 is timeout which means it's your connection, or nintendo's server are overloaded.

Hmm, it happens everytime tough after about 10 minutes but rebooting fixes the issue. Do you have any idea on how tot fix it completely?

I'm curious why you didn't just use your real 5.5.0 wiiu for online and leave your 5.3.2 alone?

I dunno actually. Was it safe to do the spoof, or am i screwed since it is perm?
I have 2 Wii Us. One on 5.3.2 (Spoofed to 5.5.0) and other on latest FW 5.5.0...

no him lol ezalore when downloading the nus update you cant count on the E to get the latest update for mario maker you need to put 48 in front of the gameid to get the actual latest update.

I was just trying to use 1.6 and couldnt get it to load the game updates list, and didnt see an update on the github..

Yes this is normal, just download the latest update for the game your trying to pay and install it same way as the spoofer (remember to remove spoofer files from the sd card)

N1 Tutorial but not perfekt....
First you forget to say that i can install USA gameupdates on a EU console with no Data CorruptIon in Data Management ... first fail...
Second i can Not see the update is complete only i go in the game self and Look at the Version
In Nussgraber can Not see the version number ...fail ..nussgraber cant see the filesize after the installation ...
And your Tutorial isnt working for everyone here .add to Common Problems ... :
1. Open 4 youtube tabs.
2. Delete the cookies, then click the home button to go back to the main menu.
3. Press home button again so miis start walking around again
4. Power down wii u using the gamepad
5. Power on using the gamepad (I have quick start and standby disabled if that matters)
6. Typed in this url manually: "http://wiiutools.com/WUP/wupinstaller.html"
7. Once it kicked me out to the home menu i chose the browser
8. Typed in the link manually again
9. Install started

try this and close the youtubetabs try the url a few times its worked
one time worked it worked ever or you get a error message exploid failed

Size from mariomaker 1.10 in datamanagment:199mb plz verify the Region u can Not see if it's a wrong regionfile
Mariomaker 1.01 and 1.00 working only without internetconnection or Block the update Server but you can only play offline

The "Fix" for the crash is all superstition, there is no exact method to fix it, it's just messing around with it that fixes it, so I will not add those steps because it is a waste of my time. I don't make nusgrabber, so there is nothing I can do about it. Since the installer (official) has whitelist, it would have stopped you from dangerous cross-region installs, therefore there is no need for me to tell you that you can install cross region game updates. So your whole post is "fail"

You can use the modified kernal exploit code by fix94 before you use the wup. It makes this less painful and more likely to succeed.
