-1017 means that it fails to overwrite a newer IOS with an older one.
Try this.
EDIT: if that fails, can you see the IOS249 version, please?

I don't know what you have done, but you've installed IOS37 as IOS249 (same slot as cIOS).
When you try to install the "official" cIOS, it fails because the actual IOS249 (rev 2070) is newer than cIOS (rev 10).
Boot this dol with the Homebrew Channel, it will install a "cIOS" with rev 3000, then it will exit, Launch it again, and it will overwrite the cIOS with a "rev5" one.
Now you can use cIOS installer di Waninkoko, it will work

You can delete IOS249 with AnyTitleDeleter. This is one of the few exceptions when deleting an IOS is not stupid, well as long as you have another trucha capable IOS.

-1017 means either trucha bug required or decryption failed(happens with IOS15 for example).
Which IOS did you use? With IOS249 you should not get this error.

-1017 simply means invalid value sadly wanins wad installer doesn't say what function exactly fails so its hard to fix, wadimport http://wiibrew.org/wiki/WadImport tells you exactly where it fails.

bootmii does not have _any_ anti piracy stuff.
marcan often said that it is not his job to fix nintendos problem but he doesn't want to help pirating games either.

that's a big question..i don't know which ios i'm on...but when i tried to install ios 38, ios 55 ans ios 58...i use default ios 249 and it install with no prob..only getting problem with that cios 38 rev 13a...
