"Super Smash Bros. FTW!!!!"
Then he said.. " This guy is stupid .. Super Smash Bros. is a great game! "
I answerd : "Thats exactly what he said.. Thats why there is FTW in there.."
He said : " Wait.. What is FTW?"
I answerd : "For the win!!!!!!!!!"
He said : " WHAT?! *laughed* That would explain soo many problems.. "
I answerd : "What do you meen by that?"
He said : " I thought FTW is F**k the what ... "
I laughed.. soo hard : "Like WTF? "

Many people use "FTW" as a mocking derivation of "WTF", for a fact. You just have to go to /b/ and see. I have actually included FTW as a variation for WTF and "For The Win" as well on a speech I made some months ago about /b/ at my official languages school here at Spain.

Edit: And I recorded it

I'm still wondering if I should upload such enclearing document on youtube, fearful of the btards and anonymous response... Anyone minds blurring my face?

@Vater Unser:
Well, most people were talking about how amazing their shephard-controlled 2 week stance in another country was (a scholarship some people get, which I got, and which is like a camp... pretty boring to hear all those people who never got out of their country telling how bad food was at the canteen). So I decided to go for something that at least involved some research and was harder than "Food was bad, but it was very FUN"

I've always known it to be "for the win", I do believe. Although I did once see something about someone thinking it meant "fuck the world", so the term was banned from some school. I may not be remembering many of the details correctly, but meh.

Urza, it's comments like that that will put this topic in the testing area. This is a legitimate discussion about a popular internet meme. Whereas your comment is off-topic to the point of spam.

First of all, this is not an "internet meme". We call these acronyms.

If you don't see the OP as testing area material, then I seriously question your judge of value.

It may be an acronym, but it's also an internet meme.

QUOTE
The term Internet meme (IPA: /in-t?r-?net me:me/) is a neologism used to describe a catchphrase or concept that spreads in a faddish way from person to person via the Internet. The term is a reference to the concept of memes, but is used loosely to refer to things that are not necessarily memes in a technical sense.

As you can see an internet meme is by definition a fad that spreads through the internet. So terms like "pwned", "ftw", etc... are all memes. And saying "in b4 testing area" doesn't contribute to a topic in the least. It really only serves to push the topic on a downward spiral into spammy madness. It's essentially the mid-topic version of "first post!". Now back to the topic at hand~

Except the phrases "what the fuck" and "for the win" were used, and popular, before their prevalence on the internet.

If a mod feels this topic wasn't originally something worthy of the term "spam", he can feel free to delete my posts.
