I have an explanation! I did it on my small cell phone keyboard, and the keys are really small. (I have a smartphone with a full keyboard)

At least it's better than I thought it would be...

EDIT: By the way, that was my nose. I did pretty well based on the fact that the tip of my nose takes up like 4 keys
