    If Yahoo featured the backup loader they'd get sued for endorsing piracy.

    wrong, team twiizers are strictly against piracy. just because the their twilight exploit eventually lead to software based wii piracy, it does not mean that they support it.

    Not necessarily, There are a few basic homebrew apps that aren't pirated or refer to piracy, If they talked about the Backup Loader on Yahoo, then it'd be an issue.

    Good to see that it is getting attention. Hopefully this will mean that nintendo gets their act together in regards to getting the most out of their system.

    Nintendo doesn't take kindly even to the emulators, even without the ROMs. They say on their law page something about hosting Nintendo emulators for any system was illegal, so that could be bad for Yahoo!

    ...but who gives a shit...
