Given the crusty font, very old browser and low resolution, I'm going to guess it's real. I don't see anything off about it.

This user must lead a very interesting life to be running software that old on a daily basis.

Oh hell no. I only use it when I'm bored as fuck. I'd never use that on a regular basis. It crashes every 2 minutes and has almost no storage space.
