First of all, this is EoF material with such a topic, no matter how serious you play it. Second, eat a human (cute girl) out? Sure, but eat a human? Just no! Third, if I had someone else with me and was stranded, I would work them like mule, then kill them to attract animals, kill those and eat them.

I wouldn't, would make no sense, much better sense to leave them alive and drink their blood until they die. Hydration is more important than food

Nope. If we were stranded, there would probably be plants and other animals to eat. I'd set up a camp and hunt. Human interaction is much better in the long run, because you don't go crazy of loneliness.
Also, I've read Robinson Crusoe, and own a book that has a lot of info about survival, treating injuries and more. It was meant more for camping and stuff, true, but that's probably close enough™.

if i had to choose i would say a young girl, the meat would be more tender and taste better
but yeah grilled on fire with a bit of salt, that would be okay

though i don't want to eat an human but i wouldn't mind if i had to i mean it is still meat
the most dangerous thing about it would be prion

It's like the trolley problem, which can have completely different answers based on what context is provided.

But I'm going to say... no, based on the fact that I have yet to encounter a situation where eating another person was actually a consideration.

Though if it can be avoided don.'t eat humans cause you don't want a prion disease.
