Would there be away to play linux games like witcher in the future on the switch with linix?

What is linix?

Anyway no, x86 games can't be played on a ARM device, and arm compatible games are not going to be ported to Horizon unless someone with way to much time on there hands somehow gets the source of a game, and then decides to break the Nintendo Developer Account NDA by using the official SDK and a dev unit to port it, and wants to take the risk of a massive lawsuit from multiple major companies.

I aslo wanted to ask if i could then play it with wine but would the switch be able to emulate it with wine?

No, wine alone won't magically turn an ARM cpu into X86.

You'll need to emulate a X86 cpu with something like qemu
https://wiki.winehq.org/ARM

But the perfomance would be worse than shitty...

Long story short:
No, you can't play games like "Witcher" on Switch Linux.

I'm sure that's not what the OP wants.

He could play almost every open source game. But he was referring to AAA games like "The Witcher"
I know what he meant. People have already said i386 and x64 games won't work. But minecraft should at least work. :)

I don't know almost every open source game is accurate. Most open source games aren't going to support multiple architectures. But there is certainly a good selection there like OpenTTD.

That's why i used the word "almost".
As long as they don't depend on precompiled binaries/libraries most games could be compiled for arm.
Theres already a large selection in the ubuntu/debian repositories .

Heres a small list of examples:
