Homebrew Would there be a way to make an app and program similar to Awoo/tinfoil/etc and NS-USBloader but for Mario Maker 2?

Then you could run the NS-USBloader type program on your pc and host all the different levels and then use something like Awoo to load/install the levels into your saved levels similar to how you can with SMMDB Client

So I thought I could score some, but apparently none of my coworkers or my wife's coworkers or our friends and their coworkers are on cocaine and don't know where to get some primo shit.
