Homebrew Would it be possible to install the badge center onto a US or EU 3DS via a .cia?

Not sure why Nintendo hasn't released it anywhere else yet, and I do know that you can install the browser with a .cia, so can you install the badge center with the same method, too?

just because you can install it does not mean it will work. you can basically install anything.
but yes it will work, you could have searched to find more info.
