Homebrew Would it be possible to have a working html5 for flash player on the N3DS?

As homebrew, .cia or otherwise?
N3DS has html5 built into the browser, but it's very slow.
I would assume flash would be even slower if it was implemented. Could a player be made to run these things better (or at all) or is this simply not possible with the hardware?

It's sunspider score is about 6x faster than the old3ds browser. That's a bigger improvement than the CPU alone can account for.

The problem is that a good arm11 is still an arm11.

The browser itself seems to be able to start loading .html5, but if the file is too large it quits. Would it be possible to use more memory or CPU on loading them, regardless of speed or not?
