ROM Hack Would it be possible to change the soundtrack of FF4 DS?

Digging somewhat into the game's history i stumbled on "Celtic Moon" a cd with FF4's music arranged for "Celtic" instruments by Nobuo himself and i can only say that it is fantastic
I suppose the games audio format is in midi and all but would it be possible to hack/patch this soundtrack over the original?
i guess not but still i have my fingers crossed

I would also like to know this. I only want to change the battle theme and the boss battle theme to the themes from Final Fantasy IX. (AWESOME!)

Yes, the link is allowed I'm sure. I'm not too familiar with the rules, but you aren't advertising or giving the link to any ROMs and such.
