Homebrew Question Would I be able to use EmuNAND to make sure console doesn't get banned, just the EmuNAND?

I've heard having your homebrewed switch banned is pretty much inevitable. I don't plan to pirate, or use cheats or mods online, I do plan to edit my saves, run emulators and homebrew, and do offline mods for Smash Ultimate and Breath of the Wild, mess with Android and Linux, not much else, so if I were to just create an emuNAND on my Switch and use that for homebrew?

if you have a clean nand backup just use all your homebrew on emuNAND and play online games on sysNAND

Yes, if you patch the emuNAND with Incognito (Incognito does not work in Atmosphere so you have to run it in SX OS and then switch back to Atmo), the Switch won't be recognizable in emuNAND so you can't play online or get banned but you can use internet connectivity for other things. Alternatively just keep your emuNAND offline and don't add a wifi connection to it but then you can't use stuff like hbgshop. 90DNS/SX Stealth Mode don't block everything so they may not be 100% safe.
