Is it possible to even launch the ones which aren't shown on the system menu? I've noticed that they appear fine in the data management screen, and deleting some will shift the later ones over so they can be launched. I've never installed this many channels on a 'read' NAND so I don't know how the Wii handles it normally. I'm guessing it just doesn't let you install the 49th channel?
You can use triiforce to load them.
Or I imagine you could load them from HBC with a quick mod of bootopera or xlak's mod: http://gbatemp.net/t200114-internet-favour...warder-channels . The bit at the bottom of main.c is just the title ID. I've never tried this so I could be way off.
