This is looking awesome! I just got the game recently and I'm so glad someone is translating this. I've been looking at this page every once in a while and I just saw that you're releasing a patch! But I'm very new to 3ds rom hacking so I still don't exactly know how to patch it, if you could really explain to me how I can do this, I would love that!

It's pretty simple, you're using windows?

Make sure you're using XDelta3 and not XDelta2. Then it's a simple Command Prompt/Terminal command:

xdelta3 -d -s romfs.bin englishv3.xpatch romfs.english.bin

-d = Decompress (apply the patch)
-s = Source file (the original ROMFS)
romfs.bin = The original, unmodified ROMFS with MD5: 01580a6271177bbb768909154124d3f0
englishv3.xpatch = The file provided in the OP of this thread
romfs.english.bin = The file to create from the patch

If you use HANS to redirect ROMFS to the SD card then rename romfs.english.bin to 00155A00.romfs and place it in the folder: sd://hans/ Then enable JUST the ROMFS mode when configuring HANS. All other settings should be left alone.

Heads up: I've updated the OP to be a bit more "project-y". And I've uploaded a HANS shortcut you can use to easily launch the game from the HBL.

it should be englishv4.xpatch now i guess

It works for me with "englishv4.xpatch" since the file name is "englishv4.xpatch" and no more "englishv3.xpatch"

Please don't attach any of the xpatches to replies in this thread. That'll just end up confusing people when they come to download the patch. Always refer to the OP for the latest version and instructions. I'm not going to go through and update all of my replies when I release a new version.
