Karameru supports BG4 archives. Have you tried using it?

You don't have to compile it... https://github.com/IcySon55/Kuriimu/releases/tag/v1.0.11

Be sure to Unblock the .rar before you extract the files. Then you can run Karameru.exe.

P.S. Keeping in mind that BG4.dat might not be a regular BG4 archive and instead might contain several BG4 archives which we have not yet created support for that. You are welcome to open an issue on our GitHub page to request support if you can't open the file.

    @The Real Jdbye, I could see AMD trying to pull off the CPU GPU tandem thing, would be a way to maybe close the gap a bit with Nvidia. Plus it would kinda put Nvidia at a future disadvantage since Nvidia can't make X86/64 CPUs? Intel and AMD licensing issues... I wonder how much that has held back innovation.
