As some of you may know Ive been working for an NDS Homebrew engine. After a while I finally finished the basics of the engine.
I wanted a tech demo for it and soo I thought of this. I once abandoned this project but now I got a great engine for it to run with.

Heres my new project. Today's the day I finally decided to show it the community.
    So may I?  ;D

Currently I've been giving my work on the ps3 xmb theme. Both share the same engine. Im aware of the graphical errors, but remember this is only an early build. I'm currently fixing the glitches. Like you guys Im very eager to release it.

    Features:
    A clone of Sony's XMB
    100% fully customizable
Play movies in loading, splash, etc
    Organize files/images/homebrew/apps/games
    Runs NDS files
    Stylus/pad controlled
    (Tentative) IRC/Email checker
(Tentative) Flashable-- overwrite the official firmware in place for this; i might not continue though its too dangerous
(Tentative) Runs all known movie file for the nds

    04/01/08 Build

If this were true, he'd release a beta and have someone download and test...yet there is no download.

You could make an XMB-ish program, but it'd probably be not much different in function from Moonshell.

It is planned to be a custom firmware for the NDS and flash carts.
Therefore, loading jpegs and dpgs arent the only thing it is planned to do.

Got a r4ds and ttds. TTDS is my top priority though. im pretty sure r4ds wouldnt work(maybe until ysmenu gets compatible).

Anyway, i might be get 100% compat for other flashcarts if someone could donate.

BTW, couldnt this be on the homebrew news at front page? (just asking) [IMG]

Daaamn..I hope you get to release an M3/G6 Real version of this in a year or so =D (I believe a firmware version is highly impractical though, lack of space)

I second that, even though we have the m3sakura coming, this would be an awesome alternative.

I think ure just a bit too paranoid, the guys at the palib forum gladly welcomed the idea.

So, is there any downloadable thing to go with?
A PSP/PS3 theme, huh? (I can't find any better word to define yor project than 'theme') That's a great idea, the problem is I'm too eager to try it and found no links to download your project.

So, like my question: anything to try out? Oh, and how do you get it to run in NDS if you use XML file? Carts usually uses .nds file don't they?

    Looks cool.
Is this like a complete firmware replacement or a .nds you run inside your flashcard?
