Thats a piracy viewpoint, the scene is seeing some great points on homebrew development.

There's much more to do in terms of hacking. A9lh isn't the pinnacle and neither is bootrom tbh. This is a pretty large step still.

Not even close. The 3DS scene is stronger than it has ever been right now and there are still endless posibilities.

There have appeared somw working concepts (kinda like a pre demo) that sounds very promising like ds emulations and other things like levels editor at a simpler levels (cant remember the games tho )

The new revision isn't possible for the o3ds, only n3ds right now. Im sure you could just use the source of the new one and port it yourself to the o3ds though.
