DS is much easier to emulate than GBA because the CPU and architectural similarities. Easier emulation doesn't mean better performance.

You sure? The DS has a 33mhz arm7 (2x gba arm7) and a 66mhz arm9 on top of that.You said it would be harder to emulate, not how fast it would be.

So here is the new release based on DeSmuME 0.9.4: https://github.com/masterfeizz/DeSmuME/releases/tag/POC
It will only work on the N3DS, and when you are going to test different games you have to delete the game.dsv file or else it will give savegame problems.
Only games 32mb and under will work.

Sorry, but why do only games under 32mb or equal work? Not criticizing, I love your work. I just don't understand.
If this is pure interpretation, then I'm interested. @shutterbug2000 How much of a preformance increase could we expect if this gets to being a dynarec? (assuming you're planning that?)
