Winds of Nostalgia (and others) rumored localization

This was enough to get a blog article at Gonintendo and I'm not even sure if it's a rumor. Apparently XSeed says Winds of Nostalgia is coming to America. They admit that it might not be localized by them, but they seem certain about it getting localized by SOMEONE. In addition, Knights in the Nightmare is said to be possible as well.

I guess they know their stuff since they are involved in some localizations before.
