Is there a way to bring all of one file type into a specific folder?

I just don't want to have to cut and paste thousands of files.

I am not sure if this is possible, but thank you for any help.

Well, you can always do a search for a specific type of file with the windows search function then ctrl+E then drag & drop and voila.

As he said, sort by type, highlight all of said type, copy, paste, done.

The Internets, has many a programs. Most likely should have a program which lets you sort your files out. I'd search for a file manager.

I can help if you're a little more specific...You could go to Windows Explorer and start at the utter most Root directory and sort files by type and move them in to folders accordingly but I'm not really all that sure what you're asking....
