*insert snarky comment about Microsoft here*
Windows Mobile has always been crappy to me. Give me Blackberry or Android any day.
Maybe day one for me.
So is this another OS like Android?
What do we have at the moment? Android, iOS, Blackberry, ???
oh yeah, sure, another open source multiplatform touch based operating system
Symbian, palm .............
windows was one of the 1st on smartphones.
So... are these phones unlocked, or are they set to one carrier?
I wonder if Microsoft will screw this up too...
(I'm using Linux right now, lol.)
iOS, Android, webOS, Windows Mobile, Windows Phone 7, BlackBerry OS, Symbian, MeeGo, Bada, Maemo
That's pretty much it I think.
Android, Maemo, and Symbian still win my heart
the last ting i need is a new shiny OS from MS in my pocket
I presume you guys have seen Windows Phone 7 in action?
Just love the look of the interface, but I do wonder if it's too little too late.
I've been a Windows Mobile user for years now.. and i love it. I'm curious as hell about 7.
Plus there's official XBL integration with 7. ("OMG iPhone yadda yadda!!!1" Yea, that's why i said 'Official.')
Well, I've been WM user for years too but I'm pretty disappointed with WP7.
They deleted everything I liked: Desktop-likeness, multitasking, ability to install homebrew, and replaceable shell :
Exactly, and from what I've seen of it, it isn't polished enough for me to convince me.
Meh, I have to admit, I really like the Interface. But that's it.
I still like Android more, and hey, you don't know how Gingerbreads Interface will look like, right? Maybe it will kick Windows Phone 7 A** .
