Hacking Windows 98 support for G6 Real?

Hey... I'm kind of new to this whole flashcart thing, but I've decided to get a G6 DS Real. My major question now is: does the USB linker support Windows 98? My computer is rather old and sucky, and I couldn't even run XP if I wanted to. I'm pretty sure the older G6 Lite supported it... In fact, it's the main reason I was looking at the G6 brand.

So, anybody here have 98 and a G6 Real? Help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
