The Asus M5A88-V EVO Motherboard says it's "AMD3+ Ready", so I'd assume that means it's fine for a PhenomII X6 1090T.
I've never heard of CiT before, so I would avoid that PSU. It's best to get a Corsair, Antec, Tagan or Enermax PSU.
The case looks fugleh, but that's just my opinion.
Other than that, it looks fine for a casual-moderate gamer on screen sizes up to 22". I assume you've already got a monitor, keyboard and mouse to use.
EDIT: Switching to a MSI P67A-GD53 motherboard and a Core i5-2500K should only cost around £20 more, and you'll get much more power out of it (for gaming that is).
