Hacking Will the DSTWO come pre updated to current firmware?

As the title explains,

I have a 3DS XL and i wish to purchase this DSTWO card here:

However i need to know if it is already pre updated as i have my 3ds xl updated to the most recent update and will not be able to update the firmware due to that, if i have read correctly.

Any idea? Thanks!

They don't specifically say that they do, so unless it's stock coming out after the last firmware update, then maybe not.

why not directly ask their customer service ? I think, that will be more quicker and clearer. = ) far as i knew, now many stores provide preflashed dstwo, you can go to dstwo official site where to buy to find many trusted resellers.
