Nazism itself, no I would hope all the things in place (be it laws, international treaties or voting systems that make it mathematically hard for smaller groups to get in) to prevent that would kick in. Similar story for fascism.

A wave of ultranationalist nonsense (ultranationalism is technically not either of those but it is where most people that were taught by the people that were taught by tend to find themselves) in various places, possibly the political representatives thereof getting a larger toehold than many find comfortable. I think we have already seen some, though it started before then, and whether it will continue further because of migrants or whether it will just be a convenient rallying call I would find hard to say.
How much damage they might do I am not sure. Many more traditionally rational governments seem to already be doing the bare minimum and making it "not impossible but hard™" and while it could always be worse I am not sure by how much before said international laws and sanctions and whatever would kick in.

Yeah, that makes sense.
But the thing is that nationalist parties are gaining power and consent cause of this enormous crisis, i mean, there are no nazifascists parties running for the governments, but the rising of far right wing parties are still a "danger". (no i'm not a communist or a socialist or whatever you want, i'm just saying that the last time that Europe was a full far right wing continent a fucking holocaust happened, and this is not a good thing, right? )
