will my warn level ever drop

back when i first joined gbatemp i was stupid and listed a rom site during i think it was my 4th post.when i was posting i couldn't remember what site i read said no posting rom sites, before i posted i should have doubled checked the forum rules.i should have made a new account at that time but i didn't and as of now my warn level is still 10%.

thanks i appreciate what you just did.can i just ask this though i see it says 0% now will that warn level bar ever go away or am i stuck with it to remind me i went against the rules before.

It's not there because you went against the rules, every user has it (even if he/she/it never got a warn), and only you (and us mods) can see it, the other users can not.
