Maybe you'd want to make the emuNAND partition first?
it'll create your emuNAND by extracting/copying your current firmware (9.x) so you won't have to update it.

no game uses 10.x for the moment.
and all already installed games will still work and be present.

if you downgrade now, you'll lose everything you did since the backup, and you'll create your emuNAND based on that clean NAND too.
up to you, but think well and logically before doing anything.

I think it's fine, but I never used it or remember users talking about interoperability.
but a full dump should be identically dumped/restored with any tools.

Sorry to hijack an old thread. Currently running 10.2.0 in OFW and 10.2.0 also on Atmosphere CFW on EmuMMC. I'd like to be able update both my CFW and OFW to latest without burning fuses. What's best method? Daybreak? If I want to go into OFW each time, to prevent fuse burns, how do I go about that? Setup AutoRCM?

Use Daybreak, to preserve fuse turn on AutoRCM.

So anytime I want to boot into OFW to play legit games online, I boot up Hekate then into OFW? Don't want kids to accidentally burn fuses somehow.

Not if you want to play online, you need to keep the NAND clean so you can't use daybreak to update, use Nintendo OTA to update, but keep in mind that will burn fuse.

Okay, thank you. I guess I'll have to burn a fuse as we play many games online. Thank you.
Actually you don't need to burn a fuse to play online. I go online all the time without burnt fuses and I've been fine. What I do is install system updates offline in Atmosphere with AutoRCM enabled which keeps my fuses safe while installing system updates the safest way possible. No one has been banned for using AutoRCM alone so I personally think its fine.
