Ok, im going to connect to Xbox Live using this method:
    http://youtube.com/watch?v=oNjTnUBT-lI
Its similar to other videos, using the Ethernet cord.

But, i hear some people lag on Xbox Live(Im sure its the kinda lag where everyone is standing still or somthing like that, not the game freezing). But, the thing is i have a wireless connection. So, yeah:

I have horrible download and upload (less than you) and i get no lag at all.

btw that video is no longer available.

You only lag if someone else is lagging, but if you are using all your bandwidth you will get lag.

What if im not using my computer?
Oh and the video, works for me for some reason.
Oh and how does it really lag
Is it the kind that "Freezes the whole screen(Which i hope not)" or the kind that make you just stand there until u get your connection back?

Well, common sense says it won't lag if you are not using all the bandwidth.

Don't worry about lag, There is many players on live which have fine connections and if someone does have lag they usally quit.

oh and common sense is tired, it can't anwser the last question.

Your 360 will sign out of xbox live and the game will end, going back to the main menu

That's about the same as me. Online in general works but I can't host really. Like in Marvel Ultimate Alliance, if I have a full 4 player game we get lag.

My internet speed is only 1000kb, and I can play on XBL perfectly.

I can play XBL fine with a 512/128KBs connection. Your internet connection should handle it perfectly fine.
