Homebrew Will hacking my 3DS and installing CFW get me banned?

I recently got a flash cart that has NTR boot and I wanted to hack my 3DS. I wanted to install CTGP-7 and was wondering if I could get banned for doing so. I was also wondering if installing CFW will get me banned.

No u won't get banned for having CFW

Not really, just don't do something stupid, you can have CFW and play online as long you play fair, don't cheat.

Nintendo is not worried about bans in 3DS anymore. They are more focused in the Switch. Still, avoid using cheats when you play online and you will be fine.
