Uh. Loading homebrew and having an updated NAND? If there's no title installer released with Atmosphere, then it doesn't natively support title installation. SciresM has gone on record saying that piracy is not the motivator behind the release of Atmosphere

His biggest motivation is save manager (and way of playing backups). Maybe that's why he already posted save dumper and cartridge dumper.

I never said it will be shipped with atmosphere. I just said that atmosphere will allow app installation like installing .cia on 3DS

Okay, when I said won't enable piracy I meant as an actual included feature. Obviously, it opens the gate for someone else to create a backup loader or whatever is needed.

I believe the main motivation was updated emunand whilst retaining homebrew and haxoring the heck out of pokemon.

Just wanna add onto this, one planned feature for Atmosphere's launch seems to be installing homebrew to the home screen (seen on github) so a very basic title manager shipping with Atmosphere seems likely.

Atmosphere won't prevent you from going online, but Nintendo might do it.
You can use your switch normally with Atmosphere.

I find funny the "CFW = free gamez" mentality. Seems that people forgot completly how rxmode cfw on 3ds didn't enable piracy until someone cracked a build and Gateway used to be the only decent way to pirate.
The only reason why Michael is making Atmosphere is because his goal is to have Pokemon hacks while in lastest firmware.

Newsflash. This isn't the 3DS scene. The Way Rxtools worked was strictly emunand. We're looking at full system access and running unsigned code from the home menu here.

I'll probably get downvoted for asking such a simple question (couldn't find a straight answer) and being pro piracy, but can anyone please let me know if this is what Fusee Gelee will enable? Will I be able to pirate games on it?

I intend to pirate to try games out and buy the ones I really like as well as buy some multiplayer games, will Fusee Gelee prevent me from going online, updating Switch firmware and generally using my Switch the 'right' way?

We're all probably going to be banned from online, you should expect it, if you want online then you would probably want to buy another switch for online, now there's a chance we will be able to get around bans, but I highly doubt it, as 3ds bans were permanent.
