Will EZFlash Omega 256 gb sd card work?

I recently received the EZflash Omega from a friend. I didn't know it came with a 32gb MicroSD card, so I used the only open one I had, a 256 gb. It works, but I have to press WRITE TO NOOR CLEAN. Should I just transfer everything over to the 32 gb?
(I'm leaning towards yes, but just wanted a second opinion).
