Unsigned content? No its not gonna happen anytime soon BUT if smealum gives access to certain services you can probably install legit CIA's using FBI (and even that is a stretch).

TDVS must have access to one of the AM services, as it works with digital games. AM:NET is needed to install legit CIA's (or maybe it's both, correct me if I am wrong.) and there is no reason Smea would directly provide that. However, we could work off of TDVS's source as well as Ninjhax 2.0's. In all honestly, I don't think a legit CIA installer isn't that too far away at all.

Games that come prebundled with 3DS's. They are presigned, so they don't need a sig-patching CFW to be ran. AKA, can be ran in SYSNAND.

So... Does that mean if aegit CIA installer was created, I could get another copy of AC:NL for free? I'm afraid of bricking my cartridge. So, yeah, but, I hope smea can at least make a homebrew app that lets you install stuff like, Netflix, YouTube, and hulu plus.
But, yeah. Asking for a CIA installer is starting to get annoying. Right now, we don't have enough info, and stuff to get one done. But, it cod be coming very soon. Just wait. It's coming.
