A new slot 1 DS card has appeared - straight onto an online store called 'Sky2k'. The 'NDSGBA 1:1' looks to be a cheap clone of either the NinjaPass or the DS-Xtreme, though I don't see a USB port on it. The 'NDSGBA 1:1' comes in two flavours; 256Mb and 512Mb (looks to be megabits not bytes - so be careful!) versions.
Here's a list of features:
