i know i dont want to switch and i dont know how and i know the second i do they will come out with an update for rxtools to make it support latest fw emunand

You just put the reinand files on your sd card and direct the boot config file to load reinand instead of rx. Not like you have to create an entire new emunand or anything of the sort. If you want to switch back to rx, just change the config file back to boot rx instead of rei. You can actually have both - they both use the same emunand.

I don't know why people want to view movies, or even videos on their 3ds. The pixel density is so small you can literally count the pixels, nevertheless we don't have a stable way to stream videos from a file in homebrew (or at least I don't know of one). Injecting a movie through one of the many free applications on the eshop might work if the developer was crazy enough to put it in the romfs.

Still interested in this though.
Are you saying you don't wanna watch movies in awesome 240p?

You would be surprised about the quality you can pack on this screen. Specs are poor, but Avitar in 3D looks really well.

I use Music videos on my iPod and my 3DS but I go through camera way still I hate the 10 min limit .. I like using my 3ds that way I have a all in one media device and don't need to take 2 devices
(i have music on my 3ds as well)
Really hope this project goes through ...or maybe one that removes the 10 min video limit ..
why in the dang world did nintendo do that ...I'm so glad Apple doesn't do that ..
