If this one has an English option then I am down.

They better have an English option.

Considering these are the DS revisions being ported, it's highly likely.

Until I see proof my fist will not stop shaking.

QUOTE
These are actually the GBA (Japan-only) versions being ported.

Of course it has to be the GBA version... Unless you've got a dual-screen TV

The format resembles the GBA version, but includes the English language from the DS version.
Actually I do believe it's a port of the DS version. The ugly "splitting" screen from when you select chapters at the start tells me so.
Also, there's the Special Case of the first one available. And that was made only for DS.

I have finished the wiiware version of the first game and IMO, it is the ds version, the game open a ds-sized screen (dual screen) the the tv (if you got a widescreen tv, it's really tiny). But it's not a problem, because when there's nothing interesting to be shown on the second screen, the game just zoom in the upper screen.

I guess you are right. However, the court records/profiles and dialogue options are moved to the single screen in the same way as the GBA version.

So seeing as these are the GBA ports there won't be a 4th wii ware game huh?
You never know, you'll just have to wait and find out. They could work out some ridiculous waggle to make it all work, they could not.

Waggle fast to move up when using your Perceive System, waggle slow to move down. Waggle clockwise to move left and counter-clockwise to move right.

When analyzing evidence, you need to waggle to the equivalent speed of...
