I also remember using nand restore v1 inserting my backup and halfway through loading the console turned off and I had this problem

It looks like turning the console off during this process created an empty uid.sys file on your SLCCMPT. This causes the console to go into an infinite loop in IOS-MCP.
I actually replicated this problem a few years back on another system where the uid.sys was manually replaced with a 1-byte file:

[ES] Failed to read file, rv=1
[ES] can't read /sys/uid.sys -100
[ES] can't find uid for sys app -100
ISFS: fs_ops.c(3733) Can not change the owner Id of a non-empty file
ISFS: fs_ops.c(6719) Could not set attribute, rc=-524312

Anyways I was just making sure this is actually the same issue. You can run the attached recovery_menu which will delete the file. After that your console should power on like normal again. You should then run the decaffeinator again to restore your vWii. Optionally install ISFSHAX beforehand to be safe.

If installing ISFShax with this recovery works, then we could just format the slccmpt or restore a backup if you have one.

EDIT: Gary told me this recovery doesn't have the option for that. So this doesn't work

Hi Sodio, I tried to install ISFShax following the guide (renamed to boot1now, pressing 6x Power, 1x Eject and then 3x Eject, 1x Power, 3x Eject the console did not turn off and the purple light always flashed) using the latest recovery and the previous one that Gary posted to me but it does not work, I can not install it. What can we do?

Hi Gary, I want to let you know that the last recovery_menu you posted works...the console is back to life!
Now I just have to restore the vWii hoping I don't make a mistake but before doing that I install ISFShax.
