Homebrew WiiSX advice

Hi guys,
I've playing WiiSX emu now that I have a big HDD, I have a 92GB FAT32 partition, it boot fine and all but while playing Silent Hill it freezes ramdomly, sometimes it take some time in loading new sections I have to wait and the game plays fine, but sometimes while loading a section it just freezes. Any setting advice that could help to do the emu more stable and avoid random crashes?

Wait till the next version to come out, it will have better USB support and should be out very soon.
